Whenever the Corp scores an initiative or security agenda, force the Corp to "Trace 1 if unsuccessful, take 1 bad publicity."

(...) Archivist tracks all the clans and their (...)mbers, and official dealings clans have with the (...)ous corps. Half law clerk and half historian, (...)ields a tremendous amount of power doing a job no one else wants, but none can do without.
